What is the first thing that you do when you wake up in the morning?  Check your phone correct?  I am changing a habit.  My phone does not get turned on until I have read for 1 hour.  I read something spiritual or educational every day.  I need to retrain my brain.  And you all thought us motivational speakers were positive all the time!  Not true! I struggle, or so I think, with being optimistic all the time. It takes 21 days to create a new habit.  I am well on my way.
